SEPHORA VIB | Things You Also Might Like

So in yesterday's post I waxed on about the things I hauled in the Sephora VIB sale, but here's a run down of some other recent purchases (I know, I clearly have a problem) that I am loving and wouldn't have purchased had I not already bought them...

[1] Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask - run and get this, seriously if you suffer from dry lips chronically like I do it is a heaven send. I put it on every night and can still feel it on my lips after a full nights sleep. It's hardcore folks!

[2] NARS Mekong Eyeshadow was something I always thought was just another shimmery brown shadow, until I actually swatched it. It's the richest deepest chocolate brown with golden sparkle laced throughout and that description just doesn't do it justice I swear. I've been using this as liner pretty much every day and the sparkle doesn't fall down but rather illuminates my eyes. It's been a long time since a single shadow blew me away, and this does just that.

[3] and [4] Marc Jacobs Eyeshadow Palettes in The Lolita and The Tease. The pigment in these is really wonderful and I feel totally justified in the cost of these. The Tease is full of wearable purples and plums and a knock out peach shade that I've never seen anything quite similar to. The Lolita is not just another neutral palette I swear. Amongst neutrals its got some unique soft bronzes, a buttery smooth pigmented bone colour (hard to come across good pigment in these shades!) and a gorgeous sparkly shade you can pat on top of the others for some glam (I highly suggest a sticky primer like Too faced Glitter Glue... heck while you're shopping pick that up too, it is amazing!)

[5] I raved about Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster recently. It's an innovative tanning product that can be added into your regular day/night cream to custom build your desired level of tan. How cool is that? I've used it several times now and after about 3 nightly applications I was sporting one of the most natural looking tans I've had since the sun kissed my skin.

[6] Formula X for Sephora Polish in Outrageous was one of my Spring Nail Picks and I am still reaching for it. Something about the powdery pinked up lavender shade just looks amazing on both pale and tanned skin. The staying powder is spot on like the other shades I've tried in this range and it looks equally cute on tips and toes.

[7] Urban Decay Perversion Waterproof Cream Eyeliner is possibly the best black cream/gel liner I've used. Period. It's as black as it's 24/7 Pencil cousin, and smooths on so creamy and pigmented then dries to a matte finish. No fading. No cracking. No smudging. Hallelujah!

The Sephora VIB sale is 15% off and ends April 11th 2014. If you didn't get the email, log into your Sephora.com account for the discount code/voucher.
