It's Monday folks, you know what that means - Mani Monday!
This week I have been loving my Essie Go Ginza... again (it seems this is getting heavy rotation in my nail basket since I bought it, but I can't help it, it is just too darn pretty!)
Go Ginza is probably one of my favourite polish shades ever. It is the right about of pink and purple shade of mauve that looks great whether I am my usual porcelain self or have a bit of a tan like right now. Every time I wear this shade I get a compliment from someone. I believe it was limited edition, as it was part of the Spring 2013 collection, so if you happen to see it grab it; I've yet to find another shade of polish that isn't too pink, or too lilac. It's just straight up femininity in a bottle, this is!
The wear and tear on this shade is pretty similar to my other Essie polishes, though I will say for some reason this shade doesn't jive with my current top coat, which is the Revlon Colorstay. It bubbles and takes a rough texture for some odd reason, yet looks great under the old stand by Seche Vite. Anyone have thoughts on this? I've noticed it with a few of my Essie polishes.
