There's a new kid on the blush block from Too Faced that might take the win for most adorable packaging of life. The Too Faced Love Flush Blushes boast 16 hour wear, intense pigment with a fade and smudge proof formula. So, does it hold up to the claims?

First and foremost 16 hours is an oftly long time to expect any cosmetic product to staying fresh, and this blush is no different. I would say it does last longer on me than the average powder blush formula, but not quite as long as my Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes. I'd say I got about 8 hours wear, but after 6 hours it started getting a bit faded in spots.

When it comes to packaging, the Too Faced Love Flush Blushes are down right cute. The embossed bunnies and logo in the powder itself almost makes you not want to use it... almost. Be warned though, the bunnies won't be around long due to the texture of this product. The formula itself is very soft, so don't be tempted to do anything more than pat your brush into the powder or you'll kick up product everywhere. A little goes a long way with these. It might not even look like you got much on your brush, but the minute you start buffing onto your cheeks you'll notice the colour payoff. Even though the formula was softer than I'd normally like in texture, I will note that this never looked powdery or cakey on the skin, which can be a common problem with less dense powder products.

I did have some qualms about the actual shade I picked up - Love Hangover. It's described as a 'warm pink' and the colour of the compact is supposed to correlate with the colour of the product inside. However when I opened mine up I noticed the product inside was much darker (these pictures aren't quite doing it justice for the depth), and more of a plum pink. Certainly not the warm pink I was expecting, though the colour was gorgeous none the less, just not a shade I would normally go for.

Overall, these blushes are adorable and would look so in any makeup bag. Are any of the shades superbly unique? Not really. I'm not sure if I'd want to travel with it or pack it around with me either due to the loose texture of the product - I can see it crumbling easily which would be an utter shame for the cost of this.

Have you tried the new Too Faced Love Flush Blushes? Am I the only one who felt that the shade was totally different that the description?
