Favourites | The Best of Beauty for March 2015

March 2015 makeup and beauty favourites, benefit roller lash, benefit puff off, diorskin nude bb creme, laura mercier rose petal blush, clarins instant light lip perfector,

Obligatory, "where has the month gone?" questions generally mean it's time for Monthly Favourites. March was one of those months where I didn't think I'd have a ton of favourites in my list, but then as I started pulling them out to photograph, I realized I actually had quite a few!

Since I have quite a few I am going do them in list form, to make it easier for you guys to find each product and the reasons why I love it. Let me know if you prefer the favourites post this way or more conversational!

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara - This has become my go to non waterproof mascara. The wand really does grip and lift the lashes, and it also works awesomely well as a lower lash mascara, as well as a touch up mascara (it builds quite nicely!)

Laura Mercier Second Skin Cheek Colour in Rose Petal - A gorgeously pigmented true like rose pink. This isn't cool toned like many lighter pink blushes, and just seems to perk up the skin beautifully. I love this when I am doing a really neutral eye and lip to boost my complexion.

Benefit Puff Off - I originally raved about this here with before and afters, and it's been love ever since. This works a treat on mornings when things are looking pretty tired and puffy. It also works amazingly well over makeup, to brighten up at the end of the work day without needing to add more makeup.

Diorskin Nude BB Creme - This came into heavy rotation near the end of the month. The shade 2 fits my skin beautifully and the coverage in this BB cream is higher than most, yet feels undetectable on the skin. It also sets to a satin like finish which means I don't feel the need to set it with powder, which I seem to remember and then reignite my flame for every Spring and Summer.

L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Intenza Waterproof Mascara - I raved about this here for a Mascara Monday post and have worn it constantly since. Its beefed up in the volume department to its sister the original and gets to the roots of the lashes really well.

Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in 02 - Shade 05 is my ultimate jam, but 02 has been a decent second this month. The paler milkier peach shade just gives my lips a softness in colour that goes with everything and these moisturize like a hot damn.

Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayon in Brown(out) - Think bronzey chocolatey goodness in a waterproof pencil that glides on like butter. Heavenly and worth the $$.

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in Burnished Bronze - I've been smudging this all over my lids and into the crease all month. Its an easy coppery brown eye that only needs a pop of light in the inner corners and call it a day. I love these caviar sticks for their creamy feel but ability to set and then stay.
