Every now and then I get the itch to buy something, but my pocketbook wholeheartedly disagrees with me. I wont lie, when it comes to makeup I tend to reach for more luxury brands, but when I find something for a fraction of the price, that performs just as good if not better? Sold!
You really can't get much more affordable than today's Sunday Steal - I paid a whopping $4.99 CAD for the NYC Translucent Loose Powder and it will last me ages! I remember using this over 10 years ago now, and thinking it was good for the price then ( I remember paying about $2.99 for it). I'm happy to say (too) many years later, and a heavy rotation of high end cosmetics in tow that I still really like this. It sets my makeup lovely, a little goes a long way and it never looks powdery or cakey on my slightly dry and dehydrated skin (back in my younger days when I used this the first time round I was rocking the combo skin, and it worked a treat then too).
