Rose gold has always been one of my favourite colours; The love for rose gold goes back long before it was on trend. Having green eyes, I find pinks, coppers and rose golds really make the green pop! I've already done a rose gold colour edit way in the past, but thought it was about time to revisit one of my favourites with a handful of products in a rosy golden hue.
Nars Lipgloss in Orgasm - Donning the name that put the brands blushes on the map, this gloss lives up to the golden rose glow that the blush boasts.
Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in Rosegold - While the name is actually rosegold, this one leans a bit more golden with a subtle peachy pink undertone to it. Perfect for those who don't want to go too pink or coppery on the eye or are looking for a swipe on a go no fuss product.
Ardency Inn Modster Manuka Honey Pigment in Rose Gold - this is probably the most spot on rose gold eyeshadow I've ever tried. It truly hits the nail on the head and the pigmentation is stunning. I have a full review of it here with swatches.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Creams in #13 and #16 - I had mentioned 16 in my first edit, but have since also fallen in love with 13 ( a more champagne tone) These two can be worn alone or blended together for the perfect pink gold. I won't wax on too much about these, they get oodles of love here on GLG already!
Essie Nail Polish in Penny Talk - Like liquid copper for the nails. Think brushed metallic rose copper.
Mac Sable Eyeshadow - A deeper rosy hue with golden shimmer. This one has more depth to it and works stunningly well in the crease with something more golden on the lid.
Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayon in Ro(cocoa) - a gorgeous warm coppery brown that is my standard with any rose gold look. This errs on the side of being coppery instead of bronzey like other brown liners which makes it the perfect fit!
Formula X Nail Polish in Love Chemistry - The mix of golden pink and copper glitter in this polish makes it one of my absolute favourites all year round. I wear it layered over nudes, pinks, purples, on it's own - pretty much everything works!
There you have it, another round of my favourite rose gold makeup products. What are your favourites?
