OK ladies (and guy-liner enthusiasts!) I truly feel having at least one black eyeliner in your arsenal is a must do, just like having that Little Black Dress. You can go from day to night with one swipe of sooty black goodness, but we have all had that nasty raccoon eye happen one time or another. Enter in Urban Decay with their 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion.
Perversion is easily the mattest blackest liner I have had my hands on, and trust me, I have been around the block with black eye pencils over the years. I have been that girl, which walked out of the club only to see that my liner had all migrated to the inner corners of my eyes (eeewww) I have been that girl who looked like she got in a cat fight and came out of it with a black eye because my liner had transferred to my lids.
