I'm sure you're tired of hearing about the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector here on GLG, but I promise you, this one might be the one that has you out the door to buy it for yourself, if you haven't experienced the lushness that is these glosses yet (if not, where have you been!?)
You may know I own several of these... okay all of them. But shade #06 (Rosewood Shimmer) was the last I picked up, because quite frankly the packaging put me off. The tube leads you to think that this shade is quite brown in tone, but it wasn't until I out and out tried it on my lips that I realized it is actually a gorgeous neutral rosy hue that is the perfect "My lips but better" shade.
If you are new to the formula of these don't be thrown off when I use the term "gloss" because I use it lightly. These are a gorgeous creamy balm like texture with glossy sheen to them. I prefer to think of them as a hybrid in the best possible way : these moisturize my lips better than some stand alone balms and have the colour of a gloss.
No sticky hair catching, husband cringing tackiness here, and at $20 CND and 12ml/0.35oz or product (more than the average gloss!) I say it's great bang for buck!
