Another month gone and we are into December... DECEMBER! Wasn't it just Summer, like yesterday? The temperature has finally dropped here in Vancouver, and I've found myself reaching for some warmer, richer tones this month. Keep reading to find out what the best of beauty for November 2015 is...
I've been absolutely loving this warm rosey, terracotta hued palette. All the shades are buttery matte formula shadows that blend seamlessly into each other and stay vibrant all day long. Plus the super sleek case takes up next to no room, making it a perfect travellers palette!
This double ended little liner brush makes for the perfect wing! The bristles are firm and tapered to a nice point making it easy to get sharp liner flicks, and having a straight brush on one end, and a bent angle on the other means it's easy to get your liner smooth and straight from all angles!
I've reviewed these little pots of shadow goodness recently, and this shade in particular is so effortlessly stunning on the lids. It's kind of a rosey golden taupe, that I could see being flattering on any eye colour. The formula of these is wonderful as well; The mousse like texture blends out with your finger easily and feels cooling to the eye as it's applied.
Another product I've reviewed and loved that has come back into rotation. This warm coppery brown makes the green in my eyes pop, and it pairs perfectly with the Becca palette mentioned earlier. I love the wear time in these, and the fact that there is no smudging or flaking, which I've struggled with in the past.
Besides donning the name of my my favourite AC/DC song, this little bad boy packs a serious punch. It looks like a boring basic white in the pot, but when you apply it's actually a stunning pale gold that has a pink duochrome flash to it. It really brightens up the eyes, and I've even heard of some using it as a cheekbone highlighter!
You almost knew this was going to be in here, right? With the colder climate, my skin has looked dryer and more dehydrated once I apply my foundation. Two spritzes of this and I'm glowing like a woman who's just found the fountain of youth. It's just that good people.
